What We Like

  • High-quality genuine leather with that leather feel I love
  • The leather continuously changes as you use it
  • All the buttons work really well and are super responsive
  • Protects the finish on your phone from the little scratches you get setting it down on a table
  • Looks really good on the black iPhone and really classes it up
  • I think it's well priced, and it comes in a lot of different colors

What Could Improve

  • Not the most protective case. It's not designed to allow your phone to survive a drop from six feet or something like that
  • A drop on the corner would cause some damage to the case, though it would still protect the phone
  • Probably not the case that lives on my iPhone all the time. I'll move over to it when I want something classier

Video Review

The Casebelle Leather is a high-quality genuine leather case. I haven’t had a leather case in a while. I miss the leather case Apple used to have, back before they decided they didn’t want anything to do with leather anymore. But Casebelle has a fantastic case, and I’ve just really been enjoying it.

It’s one of the 17 cases I tested for the iPhone 18 Pro Max, and I’m really digging it. I’ve just fallen in love with this case.

Leather That Changes as You Use It

What I love about a case like this is that it continuously changes as you continue to use it. We have all sorts of different things on our hands, and as we use the case and hold our phone, it starts to change the characteristics of the case. I absolutely love that.

Feel and Buttons

I have a leather case on my Kindle and a few other devices, and I just love the way it feels. This case has that feel. It feels like good quality leather.

All the buttons work really well on this case, too. Everything is super responsive, so no problems there.

Protection

It’s not going to be the most protective case. It’s not designed to be a case that’s going to allow your phone to survive a drop from six feet or something like that. If my phone dropped and hit on the corner, yeah, it would cause some damage to the case. But it would most definitely protect the phone.

This case is more about style and protection from just everyday use. Every time you set your phone down on the table, the finish on your phone starts to ever so slightly get scratched. A case like this is going to provide protection from that, while giving you a nice leather finish.

How It Looks

The case looks really good on the black iPhone. There’s just a nice contrast between the leather and the iPhone 18 Pro Max. And man, does this case class up my iPhone when I’m using it.

It’s also available in a lot of different colors, so I highly recommend checking out all of them.

Price and When I’ll Use It

I think it’s well priced. The quality of the leather is really good, and it looks like a case that’s going to hold up relatively well over time.

It’s probably not going to be the one that lives on my iPhone all of the time. But it’s most definitely a case I’ll be using from time to time. When I want something that looks a little bit more classy and clean, I’ll definitely be moving over to this premium leather case from Casebelle.
